When airport security tell most people that they’re carrying more than the 100ml of liquid allowed on board, they shake their heads, grumble, and reluctantly hand over the goods. A lady in China going by the last name Zhao, according to The South China Morning Post, ain’t most people.

After being told she couldn’t take her $280 bottle of Remy Martin XO Excellence onto the flight from Beijing, Zhao was unfazed. Giving more thought to the sweet sweet nectar that is Remy Martin Cognac than her own body, she proceeded to down the whole 750ml bottle.

Here’s where it gets really good.

Having polished it off in near record time, Zhao was found minutes later at her boarding gate shouting and screaming, she was denied boarding due to intoxication, and was made to sober up in a wheelchair (she couldn’t walk) in security. By some stroke of luck, she managed to come out of the saga unharmed (aside from the damage to her liver) and was picked up by a family member hours later. We don’t even want to think about how bad her hangover must’ve been.
