If Tony Stark lived during the 1960's.

It seems homes built into rock faces are all the rage these days. After highlighting Amey Kandalgaonkar's 3D rendered "House Inside A Rock" a few weeks back, today we have another rock-themed construction in the form of architect David Tajchman's "On The Rocks."

This eye-catching concept home has recently been commissioned to be built on the California coast. The 1960s-styled circular abode covers some 400 square metres and contains ceiling to floor windows offering panoramic views of the ocean.

The roof of the home is meant to reflect the waves and tides of the ocean, with part of the roof creating an undercover carport to spotlight the owner's vehicle. There aren't many details regarding the interior, but it's said to contain three bedrooms and a pool area. The open kitchen/lounge creates a spacious area featuring topological layers similar to that of the rocky outcrop it's built upon.
