Bruce Willis Sells Turks And Caicos Compound For $40 Million

After roughly four months on the market Bruce and Emma Heming Willis’s home ‘The Residence’ on Turks and Caicos’ Parrot Cay island has sold for a reported US$27 million (AU$39.86 million).

The couple married at the newly built home back in 2009 and renewed their vows there again before listing the property with an asking price of US$33 million back in March.

The spectacular parcel of land, which Bruce first spotted in 2000, was developed into the sprawling multi-home beachfront estate, set on a private bay, back in 2004. Comprising of roughly eight acres with over 335m of unaltered beachfront, The Residence features a main house flanked by two guest villas boasting 11 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and four pools.

Undergoing a full re-design in 2018, the two-level main house has over 1000 sqm of living space under one roof with the enormous Master Suite spanning the entire upper level with wrap around balconys. On the main floor, an indoor/outdoor great room embodies the island lifestyle with a cinema off the great room to catch Bruce’s latest flick.

The two guest villas are no less impressive than the main home; offering three-bedrooms each, discreetly distanced from the main home to offer their own sense of privacy. Bright, light-filled rooms, indoor/outdoor living, and access to their own private pools, help to define these unique living spaces.

And since the home is part of the COMO Parrot Cay resort, the new owner has access to the butler service for any activities that need to be organised.
