Kanye West's former New York City apartment has popped back up for sale. The rapper and celebrity let the one-bedroom SoHo apartment go in 2018 for an undisclosed figure.
This time, the pad has been listed by The West Houston Street property - spearheaded by CORE broker Emily Beare. The gorgeous minimal abode was designed by Italian Claudio Silvestrin and clocks in a 2,427 square feet of inner-city real estate.
The apartment is illuminated by light that pours in from oversized windows that offer expansive views over the city, with the limestone flooring and earthy decor designed to contrast the stark white walls. A monolithic stone island kitchen and a similar stone island in the bathroom are key centrepieces of the residence.
