Mountains of cash required.

Got a spare couple hundred mil lying around? Good. Well in that case, avert your eyes to the Lonsdaleite: a $185 million USD Swiss mountainside residency... now for sale. And as we've been told, that value of almost $200 million USD is more than Vail paid for Perisher Ski Resort.

This incredible property presents all kinds of luxury, and finds itself located within St. Moritz, an alpine resort town of a certain sophistication in the Engadin valley, Switzerland.

St. Moritz has played host to the Winter Olympics not once, but twice. Additionally, it's home to the Cresta Run, a world championship bobsled comprised entirely of natural ice. As one can imagine, here, everything takes place on the ice of frozen lakes. Polo, cricket, even horse racing if you can believe that.

Now, if this all looks and feels a little familiar, there's a reason for that. This isn't the first time we've been struck by the sheer majesty of the Lonsdaleite. Check out our original write up here, and watch the video above for an inside tour.
