It seems as though you’re always looking for the next step up, even when you hit the US$17 million property value mark. As in the case with Pharrell Williams, who has just listed his Beverly Hills glass mansion for that very amount. Which just goes to show – there are levels to this game we call life.
The famed producer and Grammy award winner has apparently decided to sell his ultra-modern abode for a cool US$16.95 million just two years after purchasing it from Tyler Perry.
An ultra-modern abode, it should be noted, which resembles a university or corporate headquarters from the exterior more than a residential dwelling – with the square footage to match both a higher education institute or corporate headquarters.
Taking up an impressive 17,475 square feet situated on a total four acres of land, this is one of those things that you just need to see to believe. 10 bedrooms. 11 bathrooms. 200 feet of driveway. A motor court – not garage – that can comfortably accommodate up to 30 cars.
Onto the niceties, this glass mansion houses everything else from “… a resort-like pool with a waterfall…’, to koi ponds, rock sculptures, and even tennis courts at Casa De Williams.
The major appeal of this entire structure, however, isn’t the sheer size of it, nor is it the trimmings. The major appeal is its immense capacity for natural lighting. Practically covered in glass panes, you’ll be hard-pressed not being in a happy mood, bathed by sunlight practically every day here (yes, that was intentional).
