Billionaire beverage mogul Russ Weiner has had enough of the Miami lifestyle, putting his $52 million beach house on the market.

The Rockstar Energy CEO purchased the 48,039 square-foot estate in 2016, falling in love with the Asian styled architecture reminiscent of luxury Balinese resorts. Designed by renowned Miami architect Kobi Karp and built by Bart Reines, the sprawling property includes six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, an eight-person jacuzzi, gym and massive reef pool.

The two-story home features 30-foot high wood-beamed ceilings, wood and marble flooring, white and grey interiors and an abundance of green plant life. The ground floor includes a modern dining room, large living space, kitchen and wine cellar, while upstairs is the master bedroom that comes with a marble bathroom and private balcony.

The outside is like a Balinese paradise, with manicured lawns, towering palm trees and a contemporary alfresco dining area. Adjacent to Biscayne Bay, the impressive home also comes with a private dock, hi-tech boat lift and four jet ski lifts.

This isn't the only property Weiner is trying to flog off, with the billionaire also putting his Hollywood Hills home and oceanfront estate in Delray Beach up for sale.
