Three-time Olympic snowboarding gold medalist Shaun White is looking to sell his cliffside Malibu compound for a whopping AU$38 million.

The estate contains two side-by-side (yet separated) houses that can be purchased together or separately, with each home marketed by a different agent from real estate firm Coldwell Banker.

The first home is selling for AU$20 million and was recently leased by crooner Frank Ocean. Situated on a one acre block, the ranch-style home has hardwood floors, a renovated kitchen with high-end appliances and two separate family rooms. A detached "owner's suite" comes with a bath-spa, walk-in closet and private patio. While the property doesn't have a swimming pool, there is an outdoor jacuzzi, fire pit and BBQ. The large terraced backyard provides untarnished views of the Pacific Ocean and a private stairway leading down to Westward Beach.

The second property is classified as more of a guest house and is on the market for AU$18 million. The smaller two-storey abode features just under 2,200 sq feet of living space and is hidden from prying eyes behind entrance gates and huge hedges.

Similarly to the first property, this neighbouring home is finished with glossy hardwood floors and wooden ceilings. Both bedrooms and a marble bathroom are situated on the top floor, while the lower level has a combined living and dining area and a massive kitchen with matte black finished countertops, custom white cabinets and designer appliances. There's also a giant swimming pool out back and a terrace containing a fireplace.

Both homes are set to net White a tidy profit, with the professional snowboarder and skater having originally paid under AU$28 million for both properties combined.

You can find out more information about each property through real estate agents Chris Cortazzo and Lily Harfouche.
