See Netflix’s First Trailer for ‘Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events’

— 25 November 2016

Just two months before its rumoured release, Netflix has release its first trailer for Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events. The story was originally made into a film starring Jude Law and now the series sees the batten handed to Patrick Warburton in the lead role.

The new vignette tells the tale of the Baudelaires orphans, Violet, Klaus and Sunny, whose lives are to be documented by Snicket until they are old enough to face the troubles of the world and main villain, Count Olaf, on their own.

Written by Emmy Award-winner Barry Sonnenfeld and starring Neil Patrick Harris (Olaf), Joan Cusack, Patrick Warburton and Malina Weissman, Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events is set to drop in the US early 2017.
