If you've played golf before, you've invariably encountered the age-old 'do I walk or do I take a cart' dilemma. Walking lets you get some exercise on your round but is a fairly slow option (particularly if you're in a four), while taking the cart helps you speed up that round but cuts any health benefits of your game of golf to practically zero.
Founded by big wave surfer Laird Hamilton, and fitness expert Don Wildman, the Golfboard is part electric skateboard, part golf cart, and judging by the look of the promo video, 100% fun.
No word on Australian pricing, but they're going for $6,500 USD. It's not cheap - but it is cheaper than a full sized cart, so it's a no brainer, right?
