Sydney definitely has nasty rental prices, but what's it like in the Big Apple? New York's most expensive rental has finally emerged and to a degree it does deliver bang for buck.
Located on the entire 39th floor of the 41-floor Central Park facing Pierre hotel, punters can grab the space for an easy $US500,000 ($AU631,000) per month. Through the Residences program, the term of lease can be super flexible, with usage of ranging from 30 days to however long you need. The last time it was up for grabs was in November of 2014, so the rich do get some use out of it.
The six-bedroom space also comes with all the standard luxuries, including complete access to the butler service, pet pampering, twice daily maid service, and the hotel’s chauffeur-driven Jaguar. Check out the official listing here for details and the gallery above for a look at the interior.
