For a few days this year, Coronation Avenue in the suburb of Mosman, Sydney, was filled with black SUV’s, raging parties and an unusual influx of foot traffic. The luxurious suburb in Sydney played host to Justin Bieber during his Purpose world tour and for his stay, Biebs called 6 Coronation Avenue home.
The three level mansion is tucked away in one of the most prestigious suburbs Sydney has to offer and looks likely to break Sydney real estate records, expecting to sell for more than $20 million. The Mosman property is said to flaunt cutting edge finishes and a ‘high-end’ design by London based luxury architect Cameron McDonald.
The Luxurious property boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms and an eight-car garage. The gardens are labeled as ‘serene’ and the view ‘breathtaking’ looking over Balmoral beach and the Sydney Harbour. With custom built timber doors on entry and open plan living, one can't help but feel like a superstar. The property is filled with high-end furniture and artwork, with a Warhol hanging from one of the walls. The bathrooms and tabletops all feature high-end white marble, giving the home a spacious high-end feel.
Justin Bieber isn’t the only celebrity who fancied the luxurious property. Adele also sought refuge on the Balmoral slopes at Six Coronation Avenue. She stayed at the “house built for billionaires” during her first Australian tour. For those that do have a taste for the finer things in life the property is being marketed by Raine & Horne with the fit out as it is.
