Legendary investor and oilman T. Boone Pickens is selling his Texas ranch for a whopping US$250 million ($327 million). That price tag makes it one of the most expensive homes in America, beating out an Hawaiian ranch and Hamptons mega mansion. With over 160 kilometres (100 miles) of property including land and multiple structures. At 89-years-old, Pickens felt like it was the right time to get rid of something this big and after owning it for 46 years it's a fair play for a sell.
