For any Sydney foodies out there, this weekend is going to be huge. The Good Food & Wine Show is back. As you can guess, it’s all about food and wine, but only the best of the best. It’s all going down at the International Convention Centre – so cancel any plans.
First thing’s first, there is wine ice-cream. Yup, that’s right, it’s a thing. Soft serve Riesling and GSM on a cone, all for free. Obviously, the day involves a lot of samples, a few loops around the place and you’ll be set.
Another major drawcard is the celebrity chef line-up. The likes of George Calombaris (MasterChef), Colin Fassnidge (My Kitchen Rules) and Luke Nguyen are demonstrating throughout the day and are even hosting lunches for the real fans. If that doesn’t float your boat, then brush up your wine knowledge in a masterclass or eat your way through cheese alley. A top day all round.
Tickets start from $35 but if you’re feeling a bit fancier, upgrade to VIP status. It involves a lot more wine.
