Le Dîner en Blanc Is Coming To Melbourne In November

The world’s most elegant and exclusive all-white party celebrates its fifth year in 2019, this time at an iconic undisclosed location in Melbourne.

Le Dîner en Blanc will return bigger than ever on Saturday, November 30th, welcoming over 2,500 revellers all dressed in white for a spectacular evening of wining and dining with a classic French flair.

The concept? It’s a simple one. Launched in Paris back in 1988 by François Pasquier and a handful of friends, Le Dîner en Blanc was a “friends and word-of-mouth only” celebration that has since grown into an international epicurean phenomenon celebrated on six continents. Everyone wears white, and everyone drinks the best French Champagne and vino. The exact location of the fiesta is kept a secret until just a few hours before.

“We are so excited to be celebrating Le Dîner en Blanc’s 5th successful year in Melbourne. It’s a huge milestone for us. Each year our event grows and has quickly established itself as one of the most unique and most anticipated experiences in town. We can’t wait to deliver an even better event this year,” says Dîner en Blanc host, Sara Walsh.

Phase 1 tickets for this exclusive evening go on sale today, September 11, however, this allocation is only available to guests who attended last year. The next opportunity (phase 2) is on Wednesday, September 18 and is available to those referred to by ticket holders in phase 1. Finally, those registered on the waitlist will be able to access tickets from Wednesday, October 2.

The Champagne and wine only event requires all attendees to be dressed head-to-toe in elegant and white only attire. Rally a group, stock up on Laurent-Perrier and grab your tickets here.
