Another day, another insane stunt brought to you by the good folks at Red Bull.

This time, 27 year old Brazilian born, Swiss raised Laso Schaller broke the cliff diving world record, jumping off the 58.8 metre (193 ft) ‘Cascata del Salto’ waterfall in Switzerland.

With a 3.58 second hang-time, Schaller hit the water at an organ crushing 123km/h and was lucky not to do too much damage given that he missed the most aerated (and therefore safest) part of the pool below. Schaller ended up slightly dislocating his hip for a few seconds but otherwise came up unscathed.

Heart racing just thinking about it? You’re not alone.
