A while ago we shared a spectacular flow motion film ‘Dubai Like You’ve Never Seen Before‘ and now, super talented urbanist and media artist, JT Singh, has released Shanghai Forever, a visually stunning story of the residents, jobs, neighbourhoods, cuisine and infrastructure that are at the core of this truly global city.
The film zooms in through the chaotic, 4000 skyscraper strong Shanghai, to the beating heart of it; the characters, the charm and the simple ways of life. We see the young and the old, the labour, the animals, the food and the day-to-day happenings, a reminder that behind this thriving powerhouse is a personal human story.
