Curatif, an innovative liquor startup specialising in ready-to-serve cocktails has collaborated with Four Pillars and Archie Rose to launch Australia’s first ultra-premium cocktails in cans.
The Curatif team carry over 45 years of collective experience in the hospitality and liquor retail sector, and are aiming to reinvent the way Aussies are enjoying their favourite cocktails. Kicking off their mission, Curatif has introduced two of Australia’s favourites cocktails in the form of a Four Pillars Negroni and Archie Rose Espresso Martini and claim to have perfected the flavours, textures and experience consumers have previously only found at a bar.
“Every detail from the Espresso Martini foam to the balance of Negroni ingredients has been carefully crafted with our brand partners to achieve perfection. For the Espresso Martini, we have also worked with Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters to develop a unique espresso that would work with nitrogen to sustain the cocktail quality in a canned format.” – Curatif Co-founder, Matt Sanger.
