Carb overload.

Dreams do come true. Pizza chain Domino's are on the lookout for one lucky Aussie to spend a day chowing down on garlic bread and other upcoming products and give their thoughts on what they believe are the fast-food giants tastiest dishes. All you need is a "minimum of 5 years’ experience in garlic bread consumption" and "understand the perfect ‘crunch to softness’ ratio".

The chosen participant will spend a full day at Domino's Brisbane headquarters where they'll sample a host of items listed on Domino's menu, including garlic bread, cheesy garlic bread and my favourite, cheese and garlic scrolls. If that's not enough carbs, the "Chief Garlic Bread Taste Tester" will also be provided with a pizza lunch and earn a tidy $30 an hour for their efforts.

The job has been listed on Domino's LinkedIn page and closes on October 7. All you have to do to be in the running for this incredible experience is to write a 200-word essay or send through a 30-second video explaining why you should get the job.

If you happen to live outside of Brisbane, Domino's will fly you from your city to Brisbane and even put you up for the night if there's no flights home the same day.

For more information visit linkedin.com and get yourself acquainted with the Domino's menu at dominos.com.
