Ahead of The Flash premiere, which will hail the return of Michael Keaton as Batman alongside Ben Affleckโs DCEU iteration of the Caped Crusader, LEGO has decided to mark the occasion with an incredibly detailed Batman Returns Batcave set.
As the closest many of us will ever come to actually โowningโ Bruce Wayneโs life, this 3,981-piece collectorโs item is partially based on the 1992 Tim Burton film of the same name. And itโs designed to function as both a conventional toy and as a display to be admired from up close/afar.
In its space-saving โshadowboxโ form, the LEGO Batman Returns set resembles a streamlined black prism with a window in the shape of the Bat symbol offering a preview of whatโs inside.

When unpacked to its fullest extent, youโre dealing with quite a faithful recreation of Batmanโs headquarters from film canon; featuring a surveillance station, gadgets, vaults, chains, drawbridge, and even the Keaton-era Batmobile โ complete with pop-up machine guns and all.
Minifigures you can expect to inhabit the bricked Batcave range from Bruce Wayne / Batman himself Alfred Pennyworth, Max Shreck, Catwoman, plus The Penguin.
