In this week’s edition of Good Finds, we’ve got a rare MoonSwatch, New York’s hottest hotel room, a genius steam iron, and plenty more.
A Prestige MoonSwatch

To celebrate Apollo 11's 1969 Moon landing, OMEGA and Swatch have gone for gold. The MISSION TO THE MOON 1969 melts down actual OMEGA Speedmaster spare parts from 1969 into 18K Moonshine Gold, then uses it for the dial, hands, crown, and pushers.
They’ve leaned hard into the nostalgia: together the gold components weigh 11 grams, a nod to the mission number. Even the battery cover displays the date of the Apollo 11 Moon landing and a footprint. It’s limited to 1,969 individually numbered pieces, and available only through Swatch's ESTA ballot system, which closes July 21, 2026, at 11:59 pm CEST. Bet the Swatch snobs are punching the air now.
Aman York City

You can stop spreading the news now; Aman has just unveiled the ultimate Big City stay.
Aman New York has added four residences to its Homes collection, bringing the total to seven alongside the hotel's 83 suites. All sit on the upper floors of the Crown Building, with the largest, a 585-square-metre Three-Bedroom Full-Floor Home, making it one of the biggest hotel residences in Manhattan. The Two and Three-Bedroom Homes have private terraces with heated pools and skyline views for the consummate uptown experience. Rates start at USD9,000 a night for a room, and USD40,000 for the full floor.
Acqua Vitae

It’s the day before you leave for your Euro Summer and a wave of dread washes over you – you have no cologne to bring. Acqua di Parma’s latest EDP, Bergamotto La Spugnatura, will come in clutch.
As a collaboration with Laura Gonzalez, this is a slap of citrus (on par for the brand), using a centuries-old hand peeling/sea-sponging technique called la spugnatura. Amalfi will be lucky to have you.
Shuffle Aboard

While you’re at it, you’ll need an all-purpose Euro shoe, and the gorgeous Prada shuffle boat shoe is one fit for most purposes.
These babies will have you shuffling from beach club to boat deck; winery tour to dinner reservation without a second thought. Importantly, they’re comfortable (which is rare for a designer shoe), and will look stylish for years to come (even rarer).
Steam Dreams

If you’re as lazy as me, you’ll pull clothes from the dryer and skip the ironing, for a touch-up steam if called for. But steaming can be a hit-and-miss endeavour.
Worst case scenario: it’s spitting rusty water or burning your hands as you hold the sleeve taut. Celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, Tefal has launched both a certified scratchproof nonstick pan, alongside a “why didn’t anyone think of this before” solution. The AeroSteam steamer vacuums your clothes while you steam, pulling the fabric tight for a clean iron.
