Broadbeach has a new jewel in its crown: GRAYA has pulled the (albeit rendered) wraps off the Enclave Sky House โ a unique, three-storey penthouse purpose-built to redefine coastal perfection and tagged at $26.5 million.
Sitting atop GRAYAโs latest project, Enclave (which banked $80 million in sales on day one when it was announced to the public back in May), the Sky House is a 1,012-square-meter private palace with a design brief that reads like a billionaireโs mood board.
