The Porsche Taycan is well and truly at the front of our minds when the topic of electrification comes up over pub chat.
After launching late last year, the first all-electric iteration of electric performance wheels from the German automaker has made serious waves in the industry, finally giving Elon Musk's Tesla brand a run for its money.
Top Gear's deputy editor Jack Rix handed down his verdict of the new Taycan when he pitted it against the Tesla Model S last October.
Now, the supreme motoring authority that is Chris Harris has shared his thoughts on the new product, too. And it's an overall positive one.
He did, however, have some very valid comments about the future of European automakers, the emissions laws coming into effect, and the truth about sustainability behind the facade that is electrification.
