Few events on the Sydney social calendar can rise to the extravagant precedent set by the likes of Ferrari.

The luxury performance automaker hailing from Italy’s Maranello descended upon Sydney’s White Bay Cruise Terminal last week for what was likely the largest event the harbour city will see this year.

Sporting their sharpest black-tie attire, customers and industry personalities alike, including the BH team, took over the expansive warehouse-like space in Rozelle at 450 strong, prepared to have their minds blown for the theatrical reveal of the next Ferrari in their V8 bloodline, the F8 Tributo.

An impressive sound and light show dazzled the crowd after the curtain drop, revealing an immaculate ensemble of the F8’s predecessors before the new blue supercar appeared out from behind the line up of lipstick red classics.

In between throwing down reserve G.H Mumm champagne like it was water to a soundtrack of revs, DJ’s and live bands, the infatuated crowd swarmed the F8 for a snap, the direct successor to the 488 GTB.

Set to arrive in Aussie customers’ garages in early 2020, the Ferrari F8 Tributo is the most powerful V8 Ferrari in history. Check out the gallery below to see how the biggest event we’ve been to this year went down.
