  • Legendary workwear brands Levi’s and Barbour have come together to create one of the most exciting capsules of the year.
  • The collection includes fresh takes on Barbour’s jackets, Levi’s jeans, hoodies, caps, and more.
  • The Levi’s x Barbour collaboration is available from this week and can be purchased from the Levi’s online store, as well as select Levi’s stores and Barbour retailers.

Everyone needs a great jacket. Not the kind of thing that lasts a year or two and falls apart, but a solid, endlessly reliable jacket you can wear for decades to come.

If you’re lacking in that department, we’ve got good news – the folks over at Levi’s and Barbour have come together to craft a capsule collection that leverages close to 300 years of combined expertise, delivering what is arguably the world’s finest outerwear.

This rare meeting of American and British workwear giants has been expressed in 10 distinct pieces, specifically designed for when the mercury drops, skies darken, and the only thing you want is to stay warm and dry.

Garments include the Barbour Bedale and Spey with a Levi’s twist, the Levi’s Type II Trucker crafted using beeswaxed canvas, waxed-cotton caps, and a pair of pleated moss-green cords that span the gulf between chilly beer gardens and cold-morning commutes.

The hero, however, is the Levi’s x Barbour Type II Waxed Trucker – an instantly recognisable jacket flaunting Barbour’s signature brown beeswax fabric, a proper corduroy collar, Ayrshire tartan lining, as well as a waxed hood for grim weather. The perfect companion to a pair of well-loved R.M.s.

Approaching from the other direction, we’ve also got the Levi’s x Barbour Bedale Denim Jacket, which retains its original field-jacket DNA (like the brass hardware and massive front bellows pockets) while adding a deep indigo denim colourway that’s guaranteed to age like a Bordeaux red.

The collaboration is available from this week and can be purchased from the Levi’s online store, along with select stores and retailers.
