Renowned Swiss watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen celebrated the launch of its new Pilot’s Watches with a bespoke dining experience curated by Neil Perry, at the KittyHawk, in Sydney last night. Around 40 guests had the opportunity to discover the collection and revel at the Silver Spitfire campaign, due to commence its journey around the world for the Longest Flight in August. Among them were the brand’s ambassadors Hayden Cox, Monika Radulovic, Alesandro Ljubicic, friends of the brand Tom Derickx, Neil Perry, Matthew Abood and David Caon, members of the press and aviation enthusiasts.
