To celebrate the 20th anniversary of his seminal debut album Get Rich Or Die Tryinโ€™, 50 Cent is embarking upon The Final Lap world tour which (thankfully) includes Australia.

Kicking off over in North America from July 21st, weโ€™re set to witness live renditions of his chart-topping hits โ€“ i.e. โ€˜In Da Club,โ€™ โ€˜Many Men,โ€™ โ€˜Just A Lil Bit,โ€™ and of course, โ€˜Candy Shopโ€™ โ€“ in addition to โ€œselect tracksโ€ that havenโ€™t been performed live in decades.

But hearing fan favourites dusted off for the stage after all these years isnโ€™t the sole aspect that makes this forthcoming international affair special. Itโ€™s the fact that the iconic rapper and G-Unit founder himself (real name: Curtis Jackson) has recently hinted his touring days are numbered.

โ€œI wonโ€™t be running around like this no more,โ€ the Emmy and Grammy award-winning multi-hyphenate revealed during a video post shared on Instagram.

โ€œI got to do my film and television stuff and got a lot of other things going on behind the scenes that I got to work on, so I wonโ€™t be out touring as much as Iโ€™ve been touring.โ€

โ€œIโ€™m having fun this time because itโ€™s set up to enjoy myself, we not feeling pressure.โ€
