If you’ve ever dreamed of recording a track or two under the same roof as one of the most successful artists of our generation, a new listing on the recording studio marketplace Stufinder is offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity by renting out the home studio owned by Drake. It’s a surprising move by the Canadian rapper (perhaps he needs to claw in some cash to fund his legendarily bad sports betting), but if your pockets are deep enough, the studio’s all yours.

Located in Drake’s Bridle Path home in Toronto, the listing reads, “Drake’s personal home recording studio. Home studio includes custom equipment. No engineer included. Drake feature is not included,” which is a shame if you were hoping for Drizzy to include a verse for his eye-watering asking price of US$250,000 per hour (AU$368,704). However, if he happens to be in the building when you book your slot, you can always ask the question. Nicely.

While there’s a chance the listing isn’t legit, the team at Stufinder released a statement explaining they were, “aware of Drake’s home studio listed on our App. We are currently verifying that Drake or his team did make the listing. Updates soon.” It’s understood the rapper Riff Raff has already locked in two hours for half a million bucks, but Stufinder has confirmed his money will be refunded if the listing isn’t confirmed as being real. If it’s confirmed as being legit, the chance at renting out the Drake home studio is sure to be jumped at by musicians everywhere.
