Grammy, Golden Globe and Academy Award-winning composer Hans Zimmer has sprinkled his magic touch on just about every epic piece of cinema from this era. From The Lion King to Inception, Zimmerโs distinctive sound across four decades has swayed the importance of music in film, making it equally as iconic as the action on screen.
This week, the German composer announced his return to Australia in late 2019 with Hans Zimmer Live, the follow up to his 2017 concert series, Hans Zimmer Revealed.
The three massive shows this October will be held at Sydneyโs Qudos Bank Arena, The Entertainment Center in Brisbane and Melbourneโs iconic Rod Laver Arena.
Hans Zimmerโs impressive roster includes the like of The Dark Knight trilogy, Blade Runner 2049, Dunkirk, Interstellar, Inception, Blue Planet II, Pirates of The Caribbean, The Da Vinci Code, Black Hawk Down and The Lion King, with few areas of cinema remaining that are untouched by Zimmerโs musical genius.
