In this week’s edition of Good Finds, we’ve got Bond-villain worthy sunnies, food fragrances, the world’s largest sailing yacht courtesy of the Orient Express, a new Bond watch (!) and plenty more. It’s very Bond-themed this week, naturally.
AKONI For Your Troubles

Starting off strong, we’ve got the launch of AKONI’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, inspired in part by Greek myths like Atlantis and Jason’s Argo. Blending its customary Swiss design meets Japanese precision, they’ve got a definite Bond villain vibe. Check the collection out below.
Candle In The Tinned

There’s no better way to set the mood for yourself or company than the flickering of a candle, especially a scented one. Enter Tinned Candle, the kitschy candle company with a line of sardine-tin-inspired portable candles. With a range of scents like green tea and lemongrass, tomato leaf, ocean breeze and vanilla eggnog. Importantly, not a fishy note in sight.

Spritz Your Spaghetti

Speaking of gourmand fragrances, our own Karlie Verkerk (former sub editor of B.H. Magazine, and Masterchef finalist) has launched Fin., a world-first fragrance for your food. With a mix of fragrant essential oils like oregano, basil, and lemon, Fin. is a perfect finishing touch (get it?) for when you need to spritz up a meal with no herbs on hand.

First Light Frenzy

Where the practice of in-game watch cameos once belonged solely to Hamilton, Omega have made their debut with the newest Bond watch – a 300m Chrono Seamaster worn by 007 in the upcoming First Light game. With all the markings of the past few Bond watches (including 44mm dial, 007 caseback & exclusive NATO strap), it’s also the first chrono in Bond’s Seamaster history, featuring ceramic pushers and two subdials: a bronze gold elapsed hours and minutes at 3 o’clock, and running seconds at 9. It’s a little flashier than the previous No Time To Die and Spectre watches, reflecting the greener Bond in the gameplay.
Paired with a Bond theme sung by the once-snubbed Lana Del Rey (24 fans arise), First Light is shaping up to be a serious investment in cementing its place in Bond canon – and a stylish one at that.
