Brabus Drops Mean โ€˜Black Opsโ€™ & โ€˜Shadowโ€™ Edition 800 G 63 AMGs

โ€” Updated on 11 March 2020

Brabus are back to their best with two exquisite limited edition Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMGโ€™s. The โ€˜Black Opsโ€™ and โ€˜Shadowโ€™ exclusives are limited to just 10 cars each and feature Brabusโ€™ slick custom WIDESTAR body kits and Platinum Edition 23-inch forged wheels, creating a seriously aggressive piece of machinery.

Both 4X4โ€™s churn out 800 horsepower and 1000Nm of torque, enabling the monstrous units to conquer the 100km/h sprint in just 4.1 seconds, with an impressive top speed of 240 km/h. Not bad for a 2.5-tonne truck. The major difference between the two editions is the paint scheme and interior.

The โ€˜Black Opsโ€™ is finished with a black gloss exterior with subtle red markings on the radiator grille and wheel spokes. The interior features dark grey leather with red stitching and carbon fibre, along with a badge exclaiming, โ€œBRABUS BLACK OPS 800 1 of 10.โ€

The โ€˜Shadowโ€™ is inspired by the Brabus 500 โ€˜Shadow Opsโ€™ performance boat and has a two-tone gunmetal grey colour scheme on the body and gloss black colouring on the fenders and bumpers. The inside includes carbon fibre and a mixture of black, light shadow grey and red leather Alcantara upholstery.

Neither of these dynamic trucks is cheap, with the โ€˜Black Opsโ€™ starting at โ‚ฌ327,316 (Approx AU$527k) and the โ€˜Shadowโ€™ for โ‚ฌ389,869 (Approx AU$627k).
