It’s only fitting – given last year was all about the Big Bang’s 20th anniversary – that Hublot has kicked off 2026 with an all-new, murdered-out Classic Fusion limited edition. Specifically, the Classic Fusion All Black Camo is the latest collaborative effort between the Nyon-based watchmaker and the legendary Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto.
This marks the fourth collaboration watch enthusiasts have been treated to since the pair began working together in 2020 (which included the All-Black Big Bang GMT exclusively available from Hublot’s Ginza boutique), continuing the idea that black isn’t just a colour… it’s a philosophy.

The 42mm case (10.4mm thick) is matte black ceramic to guarantee a stealthy presence on the wrist, while across the dial, a black-on-black monochrome camouflage pattern shifts subtly under different lighting angles. Flip it over, and a smoked sapphire caseback keeps some mystery alive as it reveals a peek at Hublot’s MHUB1110 automatic calibre with a skeletonised rotor ticking away.
On the wrist, a fabric-and-rubber strap bridges Yohji’s tactile couture with Hublot’s technical precision, confirming this collaboration isn’t just about fashion or watchmaking in isolation – it’s a statement on considered restraint.
Both Hublot and Yamamoto are known for their provocative approach to their respective industries, bordering on the anti-orthodox, and use the colour black as a minimalist assertion instead of an absence of colour.

Even the presentation leans into the concept, with each watch arriving in a custom All Black box signed by Yohji Yamamoto and featuring Hublot’s porthole-inspired bezel form.
