The Gorgeous TAG Heuer Aquaracer Green Dial

โ€” Updated on 29 January 2023

Swiss watchmaker TAG Heuer continues its 50-year celebrations with the release of two stunning new variants of its famous ocean-inspired Aquaracer sports watch.

The classic water-resistant timepiece in a 43 mm diameter (for men) and 32 mm diameter (for women) has been given the once over with this sleek and eye-catching emerald dial.

The gentsโ€™ version sports horizontal lines on the watch face (a nod to wooden boat docks) and rhodium-plated indexes and hands. Powered by TAGโ€™s in-house Calibre 5 movement; the date, hours, minutes and seconds are all visible, with this eye-catching green gem also boasting a 38 hour power reserve.

The ladies version is much smaller and is powered by a Swiss-made quartz movement with a less cluttered dial that utilises 11 diamonds as the hour markers. Another difference that sets it apart from the gentsโ€™ model is the absence of black lacquer in the bezel numerals.

Both watches are water-resistant up to 300 metres, have a unidirectional rotating bezel, a screw-down crown, luminescent hands and markers, a double secure clasp and use sapphire crystal. The date window is located at the 3 oโ€™clock position with the stainless steel wrist strap adding a touch of class to this sophisticated sports watch.

The Aquaracer will be available from tagheuer.com soon, with the menโ€™s model retailing for US$2250 (weโ€™ll update this article when we receive local pricing details shortly).
