Dubbed the โUnforgettable Legends Lounge,โ by Booking.com, the one-off MCG accommodation will be a fully decked out luxury suite overlooking all the action โ before, during and after.
While itโs usually Airbnb that offers up these unique accommodation offerings every now and again, the online travel agency has seemingly scored big time here, exclusively offering the โUnforgettable Legends Loungeโ package, which includes an exclusive one-night stay for two people in the suite, a pre-game massage from an in-suite masseuse, an on-demand bartender and personal chef to curate a gourmet dining experience and a gift pack with personalised cricket merchandise. The winner will even get return economy flights for them and their guest from their home destination (within Australia) to Melbourne.
Although even without all the bells and whistles, spending a night overlooking the turf of the MCG is an opportunity that doesnโt come along often. In fact, itโs never come along before. Youโll of course get access to the final match of the ICC Menโs T20 World Cup 2022 as well as the stay and all the inclusions of the overnight package on Sunday, November 13 for check-out the following day.

As above, itโs first come, first serve here so youโll need to be fast. Only one of these accommodation packages will be given away for anyone who locks in the booking from 9 AM on Friday, October 28. Procuring tickets might will be its own kind of competitive sport so I guess the scarcity is an extension of the theme as well.
Note that the online travel agency has yet to reveal a price โ if anything โ for the MCG suite. Some reports indicate the suite will be priced at just $30 but we wonโt know for certain until the offerโs live date (which, as a reminder, is this coming Friday).
