Mondrian Gold Coast has left its most coveted stays โtil last, finally unveiling its new street-level Beach Houses and palatial three-bedroom Sky House perched high above Burleighโs shoreline (which are now available for the public to book).
The two and three-bedroom Beach Houses, designed by Los Angelesโbased Studio Carter, blur the line between residence and resort. Each spans two levels with its own private entrance, magnesium plunge pool, entertainerโs terrace with bar and full kitchen. The interiors pull in the rhythm of the Gold Coast with sandy hues, organic textures, and warm timber accents. Guests step into a home, but one elevated by hotel polish and discreet service.

The Beach Houses are conveniently located alongside LiTO Restaurant, which hosts breakfast each morning, and are mere steps from the beach. The two-bedroom option features a top-floor master with a second, equally sized room, sporting singles both with ensuites, while the three-bedder fits a second room into the top floor, with an additional bathroom.
For large family groups, the two Beach Houses can be booked together as a five-bedroom retreat.
Unlike the residences next door, Mondrian Gold Coast has scrapped a 25th floor in favour of a dramatic, double height ceiling, three-bedroom accomodation called the Sky House.
The penthouse on level 24 offers a breathtaking entry with sweeping ocean views, a bar with seating for five, a full kitchen and butlerโs pantry, and the same coastal design narrative carried through the propertyโs calming suites.
With these jaw-dropping new residences, Mondrian promises an equal level of service. Guests will be met with expedited in-suite check-in, a curated gourmet welcome basket, and a personal host who orchestrates every detail of your stay.
Private chefs and bartenders can also be organised to service your group while your host can curate spa treatments, VIP reservations, and bespoke experiences.

Rates start at $3,999 per night for the two-bedroom and $4,299 for the three-bedroom, while the Sky House is priced from $8,000 or $12,000, depending on the season.
