In what is the EVT brand’s first flag-planting in Southeast Asia, and technically their first international foray outside of its native ANZ bubble, QT Hotels & Resorts has announced the forthcoming arrival of QT Singapore.

Having found a home at the iconic Eastern Extension Telegraph conveniently located in the nucleus of the city-state’s bustling financial district, true to the QT reputation, this local landmark has been transformed into yet another hub of “playful luxury.”

Beyond the striking interior design that permeates throughout the rooms and suites (this time led by the celebrated Nic Graham), one can also expect the signature “unexpected+unrequested” service that’s elevated it to the status of hospitality powerhouse; an array of guest amenities (i.e. gym, rooftop pool, bespoke private dining spaces); and yes — the presence of a ‘Rooftop at QT’ bar and grill.

“We’re excited by the liveliness QT will bring to Singapore’s diverse tourism landscape and ever-evolving metropolis later this year,” said Callum Kennedy, Group General Manager of EVT Hotels & Resorts.

“QT Singapore will be championed by QT’s luxurious playful personality, from design to signature service and exciting collaborations, bringing the QT energy and vibrancy guests love from the world, to be discovered by locals and travellers in Southeast Asia.”

Newly-appointed General Manager Doron Whaite, who’s set to lend the brand his award-winning expertise to helm QT Singapore, added: “Relocating to Singapore to open the first QT in Southeast Asia is an incredible opportunity. I am passionate about creating luxurious, memorable environments for customers whilst unlocking operational optimisation through untapped revenue channels.”

“QT Singapore has limitless potential and I look forward to evolving this historic property into its next iconic era.”

QT Singapore, which you’ll find at 35 Robinson Road, will open its doors to the public on September 16th, 2024; marking the 12th hotel of the brand’s burgeoning stable. Rooms start from S$499 (AU$550) per night with the “finer details” to be revealed in due course.

For the time being, however, you can find out more below.
