Despite the fact we know this is all simulated for cinema, there will invariably be moments within this latest R-rated preview when youโll find yourself torn between wanting to rewind in sheer disbelief and recoiling away due to the visual impact.
Weโre talking blood spurting from the jugular in borderline hilarious Tarantino-esque fashion, watching a bloke have his neck opened up after being dragged through jagged glass, depicting the goddamn heat from a bullet being fired into your mouth, and muchโฆ muchโฆ more (donโt say we didnโt warn you).

The sophomore instalment hails the return of all the key players: Sope Dirisu as undercover cop Elliot Finch; Michelle Fairley as Wallace crime family matriarch Marian Wallace; Brian Vernel as Marianโs elder son Billy Wallace; Valene Kane as the only non-criminal out of all the Wallace family members, Jacqueline Robinson; Pippa Bennett-Warner as Elliotโs love interest Shannon Dumani; Lucian Msamati as Wallace family associate Ed Dumani; Paapa Essiedu as Edโs son and the Wallace empireโs likely successor, Alex Dumani; as well as Orli Shuka, Asif Raza, and Narges Rashid in their respective roles.
