Every week, Boss Hunting’s editors spend far too much time scouring the web: in search of the coolest gear, food & drink deals, and destinations worth trekking to across the globe.

In this week’s edition of Good Finds, we’ve got an Ineos Grenadier that was born for scanning the savannah, elite eyewear from RIMOWA, the perfect tool for cutting your next pizza slice, and plenty more.

Ineos Grenadier Game Viewer

good finds

Enter the Ineos Grenadier Game Viewer: a converted edition of the popular 4×4 designed specifically for traversing the savannah, built in Botswana using long and extra-long wheelbase Grenadiers.

“This is the Grenadier coming full circle,” said Ineos CEO Lynn Calder.

“Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s original inspiration for a modern, robust 4×4 came while on safari in Botswana almost 10 years ago. This deep connection with Africa was borne out in the Goodwood concept and in the final production design.”

Beyond the additional seats inside the Grenadier – there’s capacity for between four and nine – the open-top vehicle arrives with the option of a single seat on the bonnet for improved animal spotting, as well as a canvas roof to keep the sun off.

While pricing hasn’t been revealed, base models here in Australia cost around $102,000, so expect at least double that for the Game Viewer edition

RIMOWA x Mykita Eyewear

We all know and love RIMOWA for its luggage, but recently, the German-founded brand announced an eyewear collaboration with Mykita. And the latest drop is murdered-out magic.

Naturally, the glasses are crafted from RIMOWA’s signature aluminium, which has received an anodised treatment to leave them all-black, before being finished with comfy silicone nose pads and polarised mineral glass lenses.

Take note, Santa.

Marcellin Pizza Axe

good finds

Technically, there’s nothing wrong with the pizza slicer you’ve already got in your kitchen drawer… but why would you want to use a boring old tool when you could use one that does the exact same job while looking way sicker?

That’s exactly what we’ve got in the Marcellin Pizza Axe, which promises to make even the thickest crusts a breeze to slice through, and wouldn’t look out of place hanging from the belt of a Viking.

It arrives complete with an Acacia wood handle and a thick leather sheath for storage, cementing its status as a must-have for anyone who loves cooking pizza at home.

Waiting For Ideas PP-1 Turntable

There are countless turntables we’ve covered here at B.H. over the years, though where most are designed to turn the audio experience into something complicated, this PP-1 wants to make it simpler than ever before.

“No tonearm to adjust, no complex settings – just place the vinyl upside down, press Play, and let the music unfold.”

The “PP” in its name stands for “plug and play,” which is essentially all you’ve really got to do. The turntable features automatic speed detection and easy navigation between tracks, while also providing the option of being paired with a set of custom-made speakers to make vinyl great again.

IKEA KULGLASS Lamp

The design geniuses have made a few different lamp/speaker combos over the last few years (both big and small). The Swedish giant’s latest offering, however, is one of its best to date.

Created in collaboration with Swedish interior architect Teklan, the shape of its textured glass shade takes inspiration from soft-serve ice cream, while functionality is possible thanks to Bluetooth connectivity and integration with the Spotify Tap function.

Unfortunately, it hasn’t arrived on Australian shores yet; however, you can check it out below on the brand’s US site and keep your fingers crossed that IKEA blesses us with its presence Down Under.
