Every week, Boss Hunting’s editors spend far too much time scouring the web in search of the coolest gear, food & drink deals, and destinations worth trekking to across the globe.

In this week’s edition of Good Finds, we’ve got Sydney’s newest spot for perfect pasta, a fresh collab between ASICS SportStyle and EARLS Collection, A-POC ABLE ISSEY MIYAKE’s remarkable lighting debut, and plenty more.

Pasta Shop Sydney

Pasta Shop Sydney has just opened a Polpette’s throw from King’s Cross, slinging sub-$30 dishes all day.

We went on its second weekend, enjoyed a relaxed few bowls of Spaghetti, indulged in a couple of Maybe Sammy-supplied cocktails, and agreed it’s the perfect place for a post-work weeknight pasta, or, as we did, a Sunday arvo feast.

Spaghetti Machiavelli is definitely the most popular, but I enjoyed my Gamberi with copious ease. Mangia! – Andrew Udovenya

ASICS SportStyle x EARLS Collection GEL-CUMULUS 16 & LETHAL TESTIMONIAL 4 IT

ASICS SportStyle and New Zealand creative EARLS are back at it again, following on from the sell-out GT-2160 collaboration in 2024, and debuting a collection headlined by a reimagined GEL-CUMULUS 16 and the LETHAL TESTIMONIAL 4 IT football boot.

We had the chance to check out the new collaboration with EARLS founder and designer Lewi Brown at the brand’s Paddington store this week, drawing inspiration from his early life, with the pebbled SILKYWRAP stripes referencing his mother’s years of hard work, the custom insoles offering a nod to the carpet of his childhood home, and a boot paying tribute to his rugby league roots in Christchurch. It’s an incredible release that goes far beyond fashion.

The GEL CUMULUS 16 is AU$270, and the LETHAL TESTIMONIAL 4 IT is AU$320.

Alessi x C.P. Company Collection

Legendary design-focused homewares brand Alessi has come together with C.P. Company to release a collection of coffee-related objects and overshirts that are guaranteed to elevate the morning ritual of any caffeine addict.

Riffing on original designs from the likes of Richard Sapper, Enzo Mari, and Jean Nouvel, the collection includes mugs, cups, a tray, an Espresso coffee maker, and a trio of overshirts in black, lavender, and green colourways.

As far as pricing, you probably weren’t expecting affordable when you saw the names Alessi and C.P. Company, and the JN03 CP Mug will cost you €75 (~AU$122), while the overshirts are priced at €450 (~AU$735).

A-POC ABLE ISSEY MIYAKE “TYPE-XIII Atelier Oï project” Lamp

After being first announced at Milan Design Week in 2025, the debut TYPE-XIII lighting collection was revealed last week. Created in collaboration with Swiss design studio Atelier Oï, the lamps comprise three portable lampshade styles co-developed with Japanese lighting specialist Ambientec, featuring A-POC ABLE’s Steam Stretch recycled polyester draped around an elegant oval wire frame.

The fabric in question is an impressive textile technology that, when exposed to heat, transforms flat fabric into intricate three-dimensional pleated structures. The shades are detachable and interchangeable, the wire frame folds flat for storage, and the light adjusts across four temperature levels.

Clive Christian Strange Heavens Out Of The Blue

good finds Clive Christian Strange Heavens Out Of The Blue

On Tuesday, we joined Clive Christian for the launch of their newest fragrance, Strange Heavens Out Of The Blue.

The bottle itself is inspired by the brand’s collab with artist Domingo Zapata, but the real treat is what you’ll find inside: coffee and orange blossom mingle for a smooth, sexy, and incredibly wearable juice.
