Keanu Reeves Showcases His Awesome Motorcycle Collection

โ€” 23 April 2019

Currently on a press tour promoting his upcoming film, John Wick 3 โ€“ Parabellum, Keanu Reeves let the folks at GQ into his garage to show off his impressive motorcycle collection.

Reeves, an avid two-wheeler fan whoโ€™s been accumulating a variety of bikes over the years, is also co-founder of acclaimed L.A. custom chopper shop Arch Motorcycle. Itโ€™s here in the garage Reeves takes GQ on a tour of his collection, explaining his love for motorcycles and how a โ€œyoung womanโ€ first taught him to ride while filming a movie overseas way back in 1986.

The talented actor and all-around nice guy goes on to reveal the first motorcycle he ever bought was a 1973 Norton Commando, with his second, a 1973 Norton Commando 850, still in top-notch condition in the garage. โ€œItโ€™s got a nice sound,โ€ Reeves gushes. โ€œIt smells good when it heats up the oil. And I got a lot of miles on that motorcycle.โ€

Some of Reevesโ€™ personal favourites are bikes made by his company, including the 2019 Arch KRGT-1, 2019 Arch1S and prototype Method 143, along with the 2004 Ducati 998 Matrix Reloaded Edition that Carrie-Anne Moss rode in The Matrix Reloaded.

And Reevesโ€™ advice to anyone looking to purchase their first motorcycle?

โ€œBe comfortable on it, donโ€™t get too much power that can overwhelm you too quickly, and, uh, have fun.โ€ Enough said.
