  • The newest members of the Longines HydroConquest family are these two Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games limited editions.
  • Available in either 39mm or 42mm sizes, they feature a teal and black gradient dial, ceramic bezel, and are paired with a sporty black rubber strap.
  • Both sizes will be a limited edition of 2,026 pieces, and both are priced at $3,550.

It was only a little over a month ago when Longines whipped the entire watch world into a frenzy, debuting the latest generation of HydroConquest dive watch. It was neatly refined, robustly built, and approachably priced. And now, we’re back with a limited edition duo celebrating the upcoming Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

If you’ve not yet read about this latest HydroConquest expression, I suggest you do so. However, for anyone who missed it, the collection impressed thanks to its pared-back dial (getting rid of the 3, 6, 9 numerals we’d previously seen), a full range of new dial and bezel colour combinations, and an exciting new Milanese mesh bracelet (the first in HydroConquest history).

For the HydroConquest Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games limited editions, we’ve got most of the same updates, with two options arriving in either 39mm or 42mm sizes, measuring a relatively slender 11.7mm. The case is rated with a handy 300m of water resistance, and, if you flip it over, you’ll find a solid caseback with an engraving that reads “LIMITED EDITION – ONE OF 2026” in a nod to the games.

The dial layout is the same as the recent new releases, but it features a teal to black gradient colourway that brings with it a slightly subtler presence on the wrist, highlighted by a pink tip on the seconds hand. The black bezel framing the dial is accented in the same teal shade as the centre of the dial.

The major difference between this latest release and the HydroConquest references that dropped a month ago is the strap it arrives on, paired with a textured black rubber strap that integrates into the case.

Considering it’s a limited edition for a large international sporting competition, the decision to add a sporty rubber strap is one that makes sense (even if I’m personally a sucker for the Milanese mesh bracelet).

The Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games are set to kick off with an opening ceremony on July 23, before more than 3,000 athletes from 74 different nations and territories battle it out for a chance at a gold medal. While Swatch Group stablemate Omega is the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games, Longines has remained the official timekeeper of the Commonwealth Games since the Perth edition back in 1962.

The Longines HydroConquest Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games limited editions are a solid addition to the watchmaker’s much-improved line-up of dive watches, with each size limited to 2,026 pieces and priced at $3,550.
