To add to Jack's point... We also got to trial (trail?) run the brand-spanking-new Salomon XT-Evos which I’m sporting today. As a third-time Salomon owner, I’m undecided on the colourway but the comfort is unparalleled. Thoughts?

We go to a lot of events here at B.H. and very few stand out from the crowd. On Wednesday night though, Andrew & I were lucky enough to attend a dinner in Potts Point hosted by the team at Salomon to check out some of their new shoes. The shoes and the company were great, but the coolest thing about the night was being the first people to ever dine in the new (still unnamed) test kitchen from the guys at The Apollo Group (Olympus, Cho Cho San, The Apollo, Greca, Yoko). Designed by George Livissianis, it was honestly the best looking private dining space I’ve seen in Australia. There’s nothing online about it, but keep an eye out.
Has spring sprung? Glorious sunshine across Sydney (and even Melbourne) this weekend has me looking ahead, and I’m going to try and get into the new North Sydney pool after an eye-watering (hopefully not) $122 million refurbishment. If I’m not motivated to goggle up with views like this, I may as well throw in the towel now.
