Boss Hunting is delighted to announce the revival of its original motoring video series, โLunch Runโ, supported by our longstanding friends at Uber Eats.
Ever since we called time on the partnership, youโve been clawing at our front door asking for its return. Two years later, we now have a quarterly magazine, Uber Eats can unlock almost, almost anything, and the world wants sharp, snackable, and informative car videos on their feed, which is why weโre keeping each episode of this revised format to three minutes or less.
Today, itโs a drive-by-pick-up of the best burger weโve ever had in Sydney from Eat at Robโs in Balmain. Next time, it could be groceries, some engine oil, or a six-pack of Friday beers.

Up next is the quietly impressive KIA K4, the baby offering from the Korean automaker, but one thatโs stacked with tech and a reminder that the humble sedan is definitely not dead. Catch this episode below, and return to this article for every upcoming episode of this season.
The new Kia K4 is the brandโs boldest swing yet at the compact sedan market and it lands with a somewhat surprising confidence. Replacing the tired Cerato, the K4 brings a sharp, angular design thatโs punching well above its weight compared to its predecessorโs budget commuter perception. With a distinctive triangular rear quarterlight and fastback-inspired silhouette, itโs a breath of fresh air in a segment often criticised for being boring.
Inside, the cabin boasts a nearly 30-inch digital display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a serious amount of rear legroom space, offering a comfortable and tech-forward experience thatโs trickled down from the top-of-the-line offerings in KIAโs flagship EV9 and EV5 cars.
From $42,990 for the GT-Line spec before on-roads, itโs worth much more than just a glance.
Episode Two: MGโs Cyberster Is The Only EV Roadster In Australia
The Cyberster is MGโs boldest move in decades โ a fully electric, drop-top roadster that harks back to the brandโs golden era while charging full speed ahead into the future. This is far from both the buyer and offering the automaker has been touting in Australia since it debuted in 2016
Itโs got butterfly doors, a striking silhouette, and the promise of sports car thrills without the emissions guilt. But does it all come together, or is it just a flashy experiment? Thereโs a lot to loveโฆ and a lot not to love. All said and done, the MG Cyberster is the only EV roadster on the market in Australia right now. Love it or hate it, itโs your only choice for emissions-free open-top motoring.
Episode One: The New Aston Martin Vantage
@bosshuntingofficial Lunch Run is BACK โ first up is this spicy new Aston Martin Vantage that looks like it wants to fight something. #lunchrun #vantage #bosshunting โฌ original sound โ Boss Hunting Official
We kick off the new season with the new Aston Martin Vantage. Seven years into its lifecycle, itโs not just received a fresh lick of paint โ itโs had a proper Hollywood-grade facelift. Itโs got a bigger grille, a meaner stance, and a bit more aggression in the headlights. Itโs the kind of car that looks like it wants to fight something, and honestly, thatโs exactly the right energy.
But itโs not the right energy for Sydneyโs streetsโฆ more your local racetrack. So unfortunately, Iโd argue this Aston is too brutish to drape itself in the Kingโs colours. Alas, itโs our chariot for the debut of this new and improved โLunch Runโ series, and we hope you enjoy the new format. Read our standalone review of the new Vantage here.
