Singapore has always been a city with a huge variety of food, nightlife, shopping, and all the things that make it an incredible destination. After a two-year absence, the world-class Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix will return to the Marina Bay Street Circuit from September 30 till October 2. The action, however, reaches far beyond with off-circuit entertainment and music performances from acts such as Marshmello, Westlife, The Black Eyed Peas, The Kid LAROI, TLC and Green Day, as well as unforgettable experiences and special race-themed events across the city.

Get up to speed with everything you need so you can start planning your trip for this Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS) to keep the thrill going.

1. Rev Up at a Precinct Party

Keep the heart-pounding with four different precinct party across Singapore. Expect live buskers at the famous shopping hotspot of Orchard Road, pumping DJs at the vibrant nightlife hub of Clarke Quay, live music and food at hip Kampong Gelam or island-style entertainment at relaxing Sentosa.

2. Floor It at Marquee Singapore

The dancefloor, that is. Dining and entertainment destination Marquee Singapore will be hosting their immersive multi-level nightclub experience with all the added extras including a three storey slide and an eight-armed Ferris wheel paired with racing-themed VIP packages. Think podium photo opportunities, dancers, champagne all around and a spectacular nightclub experience.

3. Buckle Up for Fast and Stylish

Besides the precinct parties, Singapore’s shopping belt, Orchard Road, will also be the best place to shop. Design Orchard’s ‘Racing in Style’ pop-up collection will feature limited edition race-themed attire by local brands only available during this Grand Prix season. Participating brands include Black by Blue Brave, Eden & Elie, ESTA, House of Happy, Konacoco, La Tierra, MARTHAwho, Mildly Pink, Pearly Lustre and Photo Phactory.

4. Get Behind the Wheel With LEGO®

Grand Prix Singapore Season will host the LEGO® Technic McLaren Formula 1™ Race Car. This life-size Lego® – built replica of the McLaren Formula 1© race car will make its first stop in Southeast Asia along Orchard Road from 22 September until 2 October 2022. Made of nearly 300,000 bricks, it’s built by renowned LEGO® Certified Professional Ryan ‘The Brickman’ McNaught and just like the real McLaren Formula 1 race car, can be sat in courtesy of the removable halo and steering wheel.

5. Go Full Throttle at Ce La Vi’s Cyber Rally

Singapore’s iconic rooftop at the Marina Bay Sands is hosting a full week of parties from day to night, bringing non-stop action with revved-up neon parties, guest entertainers, incredible and exclusive culinary experiences and so much more. As one of Singapore’s top clubs, they’ll be hosting internationally acclaimed artists mixed with home-grown favourites. Rubbing shoulders with Formula 1’s special invitees and celebrities at this premier rooftop destination is definitely a possibility.

6. Pump the Brakes with Kindred Journeys

When it’s time to slow down and recharge, this pop-up experience with workshops and self-guided tours is set to showcase local cuisine via Singapore personalities. Weaving in race-related stories and elements, this is a culinary journey too delicious to pass up.

7. Refuel with 1-Arden

Showcasing culinary brilliance, unique bar experiences and jaw-dropping rooftop views, 1-Arden follows the iconic legacy from 1-Altitude with ten days of day-to-night race-themed events including a huge range of pit-stop experiences, food tours, educational workshops and so much more.
