We come across a lot of impressive architecture replete with opulent interior design that may or may not be to our tastes, but with this Sunshine Beach property, I’m willing to put it all on the line and say – it’s worth every single dollar of its asking price.

Just look at that view. If I were to go blind right this instant, I think I’d sincerely be alright with that. Beyond what presents itself outside the property limits, the structure itself is gorgeously modern with striking cubism that only goes to highlight the space. As the listing itself describes it, “Noosa’s resplendent jewel on Sunshine Beach”.

Point of fact, the original listing details aspects of this estate better than I ever could…

Spectacular bespoke zinc-clad entry doors magically disappear divulging the pinnacle of design excellence. Lavish finishes include marble, mosaics, and stupendous milky-white Venetian plaster walls and floors.

Infused in a masterpiece, commanding presence and explosive views of the Coral Sea, Sunshine Beach and beyond, there’s a private path and a few footsteps to toes in the dazzling white sand.

Within the confines of these simply majestic walls, you will find seven bedrooms – including a master suite that has its own private deck leading to a full view of the white sands and soothing waters.

Additionally, there’s five marble and mosaic bathrooms, three parking spaces, as well as a “… pearlescent-shimmering glass-tiled infinity pool…” which takes centre stage. Over to the side, those fortunate enough to stay here can enjoy “… private garden-level wing off the house which spills onto the lawn and beach pathway…”.

46 Seaview Terrace, Sunshine Beach is being advertised through Tom Offermann with price expectations of $20 million.
