Every week, Boss Hunting’s editors spend far too much time scouring the web: in search of the coolest gear, food & drink deals, and destinations worth trekking to across the globe.
In this week’s edition of Good Finds, we’ve got Khruangbin’s first-ever line of signature guitars with Fender, a Montblanc pen designed by Wes Anderson, the IWC Schaffhausen Pilot’s Watch Automatic 41 Top Gun Mojave Desert, and more.

Fender’s Khruangbin Collection
Fans of the Texas-based alt-rock trio will know this is a match made in heaven. The musical equivalent of Lionel Messi crafting the perfect pair of cleats or Hemingway collaborating with Underwood on a killer typewriter.
Fender has now released limited-edition replicas of the guitar and bass Mark Speer and Laura Lee have been using (and improving) since their band’s inception over a decade ago.
Mark’s Stratocaster flaunts an aged natural finish over a custom contoured ash body, and distinctive all-white hardware. DiMarzio Pro Track pickups in the neck and bridge deliver vintage humbucker tones, while the 70s middle pickup gives the guitar an even wider range of tonal options.
The Custom “C”-shape neck with a 7.25” radius and 21 jumbo frets, on the other hand, offers a comfortable feel, while the vintage-style synchronised tremolo provides classic Strat vibrato action; Graph Tech saddles and string trees increase harmonic content and improve tuning stability.
As for Laura’s Jazz Bass, this eye-catching instrument has been tailored to meet her aesthetic and tonal design choices: finished in classic Vintage White with stunning chrome appointments. DiMarzio Ultra Jazz pickups provide deep lows, percussive highs, and rich harmonic overtones that helped define her sound.
There’s also vintage-style concentric volume/tone knobs for each pickup, which allows for complete control over your sound. The Custom “U”-shape neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard (9.5” radius, 21 jumbo frets), providing a comfortable, unique feel. Just like the original.
Both the Fender Stratocaster and Jazz Bass will set you back $2,499 and will be available from July.
Wes Anderson For Montblanc The “SCHREIBERLING” Limited Edition 1969 Fountain Pen
To celebrate 100 years of its iconic Meisterstück pen, Montblanc didn’t just crack open the bubbly – it phoned Wes Anderson.
The result? A pastel-drenched short film, laced with the director’s trademark symmetry, wry delivery, and fastidious charm. But in true Anderson fashion, he didn’t stop at the camera for the centenary. He also sketched a new pen: The Schreiberling (German for “scribbler”), a pocket-sized nod to vintage “baby pens” from the early 20th century.
Montblanc, to its eternal credit, said yes. Limited to 1,969 pieces – a wink to the Moonrise Kingdom filmmaker’s birth year. Good if you can get it.
IWC Schaffhausen Pilot’s Watch Automatic 41 Top Gun Mojave Desert
IWC has unveiled a hot (with a capital “H”) new addition to its Pilot’s Watch collection: the Pilot’s Watch Automatic 41 TOP GUN Mojave Desert.
This timepiece features a sexy 41mm sand-coloured ceramic case, inspired by the flight suits of naval aviators and the desert landscape around China Lake (home to the US Navy’s TOPGUN flight school); and it’s powered by IWC’s in-house 32112 calibre movement, offering a 120-hour power reserve.
The rugged ‘n’ ready design is a major win in our books.
The Moment Club by Fujifilm
Fujifilm is calling time on screen addiction and inviting Sydneysiders to live a little – sans phone.
Dubbed The Moment Club, this analogue love letter lands at Redfern’s Baptist Street Rec Club on Saturday, July 12th, transforming a modern social experiment into a vibe-heavy throwback. The catalyst? Fujifilm’s new X-series half-frame camera, designed to recapture the thrills of pre-scroll life.
It’s high-saturation nostalgia: coastal house beats courtesy of Alex Hayes, Southeast Asian snacks, and a cocktail in hand – all covered by your $25 ticket.
Surrender your smartphone at the door, pick up a camera, and remember what it feels like to actually be in a moment, not just document it. Also expect mini-workshops on mirror selfies, split-frame creativity, and cocktail photography that doesn’t require a VSCO preset.
According to Fujifilm’s Leanne Hughes, the goal is simple: disconnect, engage, and enjoy the ride. A dopamine detox disguised as a night out – less doomscrolling, more daydreaming – where your memories live on in prints.
