The Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo wagon has been confirmed for Australian showrooms, according to CarAdvice.
Slated for a European reveal later this year, the project was initially dubbed the Mission E Cross Turismo (concept images above and below).

The swept-back wagon will borrow the same 800 volt ‘J1’ electric platform found in its Taycan little brother, with the Cross Turismo expected to have a 500km driving range and 150kW DC fast charging capability.
As with the Taycan, customers will be able to choose from 4S, Turbo and Turbo S variants of the Cross Turismo, with power outputs peaking at 460kW.
Spy images from Motor1.com show the Cross Turismo testing in what looks to be a slightly more sedated version of the high-riding concept.

Joining the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo as the third electric vehicle offered by the German automakers will be the all-electric Macan SUV in 2022.
