Got a man in your life than needs a bit of a style upgrade this Christmas? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered from head to toe, and the office to the street (and everything in between) with these style picks for the modern gent.

L’Bardi Navy Suede Driver – $249

The brainchild of Sydneysider Andrea Pierce who extensively studied the craft of handmade footwear in Florence, Italy (where L’bardi shoes are made). L’bardi aims to preserve the dying art of shoemaking and the craftsmanship that Italy is renowned for, by making luxury accessible to everyone and educating the consumer on the importance of investing in quality.

For $249 you won’t be a better quality driving shoe, and these babies are some of the most versatile shoes in the game.

MJ Bale 2 x Blue Label Suits – $1000

With this present, you can either thrill one lucky bloke, or kill two birds with one stone. MJ Bale are offering are offering a pretty sweet deal on their core range of Blue Label suits: You get two suits made made from 100% Superfine Merino wool, for just $1000.

We visited MJ Bale’s Paddington store in Sydney earlier this year to view their new SS16 range and speak to designer Daniel Fitch. Daniel explains that these suits are perfect for anyone who wants to be a little extravagant and stand out, but may be lacking the confidence to do so. He says that a lot of the time guys think they’ve got to do stand out through patterns or shape. However, he recommends that the best way to be noticed is sometimes just through a simple bold colour. These suits will allow the wearer to stand out amongst a crowd in a subtle way, instead of a ‘hey I’m wearing a bright red suit’ kind of way.

Pulsar PU2083X Watch – $399

This one’s for the petrolhead who needs a watch that won’t look out of place in the office, behind the wheel, or out with his mates. Pulsar released their racing accented PU2083X to celebrate their partnership with the Supercars Championship and they’ve done themselves proud with this watch.

Sporting a 47.4mm stainless silver case and a mineral crystal face, the standout feature of the PU2083X is it’s super precise 1/5th of a second tachymeter that pays homage to Pulsar’s racing pedigree and their mantra that ‘every second is a new challenge’.

Adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 – $180

Adidas recently launched the third instalment of their immensely popular Ultra Boost series. The new Ultra Boost 3.0 comes in 11 new monochromatic colour ways – this is greats news due to how quickly other colours have sold out in the past. The appearance of the shoe hasn’t changed all that much, however, updates for the 3.o include a new ribbed Primeknit style for even better fit, stability, and breathability. The versatilely of the Ultra Boost, in that can be worn to both the gym or the movies, makes it a pretty handy pair to add to someone’s collection – the new range of colours means you can never have too many sets either!

Pacifico Optical Sunglasses – from $159

If you know somebody who’s is always losing their sunnies and will need about ten pair to get them through the summer, Pacifico Optical provide stylish, high quality sunglasses at an affordable price (a rarity these days). For founders and Bondi locals Alain Guglielmino and Nicholas Guzowski, quality is absolutely paramount. The boys have sourced their parts from the best suppliers in the world: the frames come from Italian acetate manufacturer Mazzucchelli and the hinges and internals of each set of shades come from German manufacturer Comotec. No compromises are taken when it comes to your eyes either – the lenses in Pacifico Optical sunglasses are sourced from premium German optics manufacturer, Carl Zeiss.

Now into their second season, the boys down at Pacifico have put together a range that offers something for everyone, with stylish silhouettes, and quality components starting from $159.

Givenchy Rubber Slides – $260

Help someone channel their inner DJ Khaled by gifting them the new slides offered by Givenchy.

Constructed in Italy with contoured footbeds and gripped soles to provide a firm footing, these slides are perfect slipping on around the pool this summer – plus, the designer lettering just looks too good.
