Hardcore Tolkien fans should have their wallets at the ready for The Lord of The Rings Middle-Earth Limited Collector’s Edition box set, which comes with 30 discs and a whole lot of exclusive premiums.

This monstrous tribute to the beloved fantasy franchise contains the theatrical and extended edition forms of both trilogies – The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings – all on Bluray, along with a whole lot of extras to justify its hefty $1,493 price tag.

“The one-of-a-kind wood shelf is crafted from solid wood with the design selected by Peter Jackson,” reads the description.

“For the first time ever, Academy Award-winning director Peter Jacksons epic adventure is available in one spectacular limited collector’s edition box set.”

The Lord of The Rings Middle-Earth Limited Collector’s Edition 30-disc box set can now be purchased via Amazon. But if spending four figures on something like this is just a little out of your budget, there’s a far more reasonably priced version that’ll set you back US$249.99, scheduled to drop October 26th this year. And while it doesn’t have a bespoke shelf, it does offer another disc.
