Regardless of whatever changes may occur between now and the revised Australian release date of November 11th, BH pledges this will be the final article we’ll write about No Time To Die and any new trailer the franchise drops to placate the masses. Because I think we can all agree, at this stage – it’s getting downright farcical.

You’ve heard the entire spiel before. Here’s a sprinkling of the vital keywords so Google actually recognises our content… Bond 25… directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga… Daniel Craig swan song… something, something MI6 intelligence officer… Rami Malek as Lyutsifer Safine = Dr No (?). That ought to do it.

And here’s the official synopsis (pretend you haven’t essentially seen the entire film via trailer footage already):

Five years after the capture of Ernst Stavro Blofeld (portrayed by Christoph Waltz), James Bond (portrayed by Daniel Craig) has left active service. He is approached by his friend and CIA officer Felix Leiter (portrayed by Jeffrey Wright), who enlists his help in the search for Valdo Obruchev (portrayed by David Dencik), a missing scientist. When it becomes apparent that Obruchev has been abducted, Bond must confront a villain whose schemes could see the death of millions.

Craig, Waltz, and Wright will be rejoined by Lea Seydoux as Dr Medeleine Swann, Ralph Fiennes as M, Ben Whishaw as Q, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny, Rory Kinnear as Bill Tanner. You can also expect a few fresh faces in addition to Rami Malek and David Dencik, including Lashana Lynch as new 00 agent Nomi, Ana de Armas as Paloma, and Billy Magnussen as Logan Ash.

No Time To Die has been directed by Cary Joi Fukunaga, co-written between Fukunaga himself, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, as well as Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. Once again, the release date for the time being – knock on wood – is November 11th here in Australia; and September 30th everywhere else because we blew a 12-month lead on the vaccine rollout.

Watch the final No Time To Die trailer above…

… alright but seriously, the joke is up. Give us the fucking movie.

Side note: petition to rename the film, I’m thinking Plenty Of Time To Kill.
